Fuse to my headlights keeps blowing

I just put a new battery in my suburban. Now
the headlights are not working, I checked to  
obvious and when I got to the fuses that’s
where I am stuck because it keeps blowing.

Just to add, my database showed two fuses not sure which one is blowing? Pull the drl relay and see if fuse still blows? You can use a test lite between fuse terminals, with the relay unplugged, the lite should not comes on unless circuit is shorted to ground, before the relay.
