Is there anything special to know if I am going to charge the battery in my 2000 SLK 230? I haven't driven it for 3 weeks and the battery is dead. i have a charger.

Buy a new battery. If it has gone 100% dead it's probably ruined Only Deep-Cycle batteries can be ran down all the way

And what ever you do.... DO NOT LEAVE THE KEY IN THE IGNITION when you switch batteries. Oh, and have the radio code handy.
