What is wrong with my steering wheel?

My steering wheel will not move up and it sits too low in my lap

there is a lever under the column that clamps the column in position there...look at your owner's manual~

Thanks, I know the lever and it will only move the steering wheel up a very little. The manual says it should tilt all the way up. It must be broken. Is this somethin g expensive to get fixed?

push and pull the wheel and the lever...you can make it realize it's full stroke...could not possibly be broke...just needs that mighty fighty uumph~ push and pull wheel up and down....push and pull lever up and down...we'll teach it~!
