Do you pay and after you look at
the car and don't like it do you hold
the money until  I say ok it's a go.

You want to buy the car and then return it after a trial period? Not too many sellers are going to agree to that.

No, if I set up my account thought Car Gurus to pay online without looking or test driving the car what happens to my money if I don't like the car when I see it and test drive it. Do you pay it before I see it and say it is a go? Or you hold my money?

It is always a mistake to buy a car sight unseen. I don't think CG's holds money to allow inspections after you pay for the car but you can use the Contact Us link to ask them. You should do this the right way and look at the car before paying for it.
