can an airbag deploy when disconnected

i have an airbag to be shipped to another country , the courier wants an assurance that
the airbag will not deploy by itself

If you leave an airbag sit for about 24 hours it shouldn't discharge. Voltage likes to stay in those for awhile.

Will be no problem because its not connect to the power. Don't worry.
