2003 Mercedes E320 won't crank won't start

Was having electrical issues with my
Mercedes so I changed the battery as I did
so next thing you know the car wouldn't
crank will start everything else turns on but
that was wondering if anybody has similar
problems and what was the problem if you
did have similar issues and ultimately what
was outcome?

check all the fuses, theres fuses under the hood in the trunk and in the interior, look in manuel

I did i checked them all is weird my radio was malfunctioning so i was checking fuses then when i tried to start it again the key clicked and switched on but no crank or no start
