my left signal won't stop blinking. Both signals for right and left turns work. If I switch my blinker to the right, that's when the left doesn't blink but as soon as I switch the blinker to the middle, the left goes on again. It obviously stops when I turn the car off but it stays on constantly. How do I fix this because every mechanic I have been to have no clue what to do....

The turn signal switch would be the first place I would look. You should find some smarter mechanics.
