hi there way my Mercedes 1999 e430 doesn't revs up iven if i pres the throtell with my hand I just dies

I use my hand to push throttle and just die every time  so  dosent rev up more then 1200 RPM!!

well sir I change a fuel filter clean the injectors and was doing same thing and I saw a crack behind the vacuum pump took it apart I don't even know what's this parts name is to start with
