possibly something in the ignition switch. are there any codes? is there spark? had a no spark, no power to fuel pump issue one time on a ford pickup. drove us nuts. ended up being the ecm relay.

It is 100% definitely your ECM has gone bad it won't send the ground signal to the power to the fuel pump and that's why the fuel pump is not getting power quit wasting your money on replacing anything else on that car replace your computer or have it reprogrammed and if the car will run just fine I'm speaking from experience

Woman has been quite a few years ago but I'm sure you know by now it was your ECU if it was going bad probably people to have a Mercedes that the fuel pump is not getting power when you turn the key in the ignition and will be intermittent problems or some days it'll work or fire right up runs perfect you turn it off for 5 minutes and it won't start again for a couple hours it's your ECM ECU that has gone bad you just send it out have it reprogrammed if they can fix it if they can't fix it then they'll just clone it either way it's gonna run you about $9 bucks I guarantee you that's all your problems out there for people that are Mercedes and when it won't start and it's an intermittent problem I know everyone says crankshaft position sensor guarantee you check your ECU save yourself a lot of time and money
