Ac and heater doesn't blow air in any position, but I hear it hum when turn on is it the blower motor or resistor?

My question is the air conditioner blows hot air on drivers side and cool air on passenger side. what or how do I fix the problem. You helped me about 2 months ago. thanks need your help again. 2013 Ford Edge.
