Rear Window Malfunction

I had my driver side seatbelt retractor replaced and now the rear window does fully open causing the soft top not to open.  Is the reinstallation of the seatbelt retractor causing a malfunction in the same side rear, window?

They might've dropped something and the window elevator is hitting it, since it's a 2 door. Take it back to the shop
