warning light brakes worn

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 clk320 convertible and after the brakes warning light came on I checked the rear brakes and they needed changing. I change the brake pads but the light still comes on when I first start the car. How do I reset the warning light?

Perhaps the sensor is damaged that goes slightly into pad or the sensor connector pulled away on the plug. If that's not the deal then check the front brakes, maybe they are down to the bone too. Good Luck!
