2000 chevy impala no dash/tail lights replaced fuse but keeps blowing them

at 1st lights worked during day but when headlights come on dash lights and tail lights go
out.replaced fuse but now keeps blowing them sometimes right after starting or shortly
after. please help ?

this is my post and i want to share how i fixed my problem with others in hopes of helping someone else. a very odd fix it was may i add.my rear defroster had stop working also and i had read it could be a problem with a relay.turns out it was i replaced rear defrost relay n now everything is working perfectly.dont understand why but i'll take it not knowing cuz they are on seperate circuits.anyway hope this helps someone else.thanks everyone
