my ac compressor is very noisy 2000 clk 430 coupe.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Funds are low right now and I won't need the ac until June.  Will it damage
anything if i put on a shorter serpentine belt on and bypass the spindle for the
ac compressor for a few months

If that is possible to do, then yes, it wouldn't hurt anything.
