my 2000 clk seat wont go back how do i fix it?

the set will go up and down but it wont go back

I do hear the motor,i will try removing the seat to see if something is in the way.

Might be the fore/aft motor is blown : try this if you are a DIY'r http://chesapeaking.blogspot.com/
