Transmission goes into neutral by its self

While driving I took off from a light fast at about  60 the transmission went in to neutral by its self had to stop to get it
to shift has done this 2 times any one else had this problem

It might need a full set of engine and transmission mounts.

Check the fluid level first. If that is ok, make sure all motor and tranny mounts are in good shape. If those two things check out, you may need a new conductor plate (inside tranny pan, between valve body and transmission case...
