car wont start I have a brand new battery. I had to keep getting a jump.  now that's not working what's the problem. please and thank you

Even a new battery will go dead if it's not being charged by the alternator. Take your car to any local parts store, most will do a free charging system checkup. If alternator is good, you may have a parasitic drain that is killing the battery over a period of time. Google "how to find a parasitic drain" on how to deal with those.
