how do i put antifreeze in and my sun roof and indoor lights are not working plus the fog lights not workn

Coolant should go in a 50/50 mixture into the overflow bottle under the hood. If it's been down to almost nothing there's probably air in the system and it'll need to be bled. Considering you don't know how, I'd recommend having a mechanic do it for you. Indoor lights and fog lights not working sounds like a blown fuse. I'd also recommend you have a mechanic check it for you, since you don't seem to know your car very well.

not going to lie btw, I had to read that 3-4 times to see that you weren't trying to put antifreeze in your sunroof...
