after it quit my bro-in law replaced the fuel pump didn't fix problem .it has 40psi @rail. is that enough pressure to start? this thing is broke down up in Deliverance country on Oregon coast . need an armed guard to cover my six . scanner showed no DTCs can't get a tow truck into area. My specialty is transmissions and differentials

Check for power at the injectors connectors with a noid light.
