when driving car radio goes off momentary and brake and ABS light on dash board comes on but it seems engine did not have any problem. However today while driving car shuts off. I was able to start it again without any problem.

Sounds like you have a loose ground or battery wire. Check your battery connections and main grounds. Try and wiggle things like your fuse box under the hood and main wire harnesses under the dash. See if you can duplicate the problem.

Reelin68, you are right on! Initially I thought it might be an alternator problem but I decided to replace the battery just to eliminate one possible variable. Also the battery was bought from Costco so exchange was very easy. As I was removing the battery, the positive terminal started to spark! It was very close to the metal device that secures the battery to the place. Intermittently it was grounding out and causing the problem. Since I was already at the Costco I decided to go ahead and replace the battery because there is no cost to me. Although it only have been one day, I do think the problem is solved. Thank you for your reply.

I have the same problem but the metal device that secures the battery is a few inches away and doesn't seem to move.

I have a 2011 Ford Taurus car continues to run but the radio goes off and comes back on break light comes on trunk open lights up and tire pressure lift comes on then goes off

I have a 2011 camary le okay at night the radio goes on and off abs light on and off brake light goes on and off does it at night when i am going to work

my car is corolla toyota, while car is on but car stereo goes switch off sometimes. even I swapped car stereo as well.
