Camry Stuck in Park

My 2003 Camry won't shift out of park. Brake
lights DO work. Windows don't work, radio no,
cigarette lighter no, AC no, heat no, turn signals
no. My husband is ready to pull his hair out.
Replaced the 100A fuse as it was blown but still
nothing. It has an aftermarket remote start and
we're wondering if that is the culprit.

I would suspect the remote thingy , but if the mega fuse blew there has to be a reason , some of those problems may be unrelated , you really need a multi tester if you're going to trouble shoot electricals
