New starter won't turn over

Asked by North1653 Sep 15, 2017 at 10:28 PM about the 2003 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Toyota Camry 2.4 L. I just installed a
new starter but now the car won't turn over at all.
There's plenty of juice getting to the lights radio
heater Etc and I've checked all the wires but still
the vehicle is not starting.  Just get a clicking
sound. Any ideas?

A bad battery perhaps? Can you place a volt meter across the battery terminals. What is the voltmeter reading?
