2003 Camry starts and runs fine but won't start again when turned off

The car started fine, ran fine for 45 min drive. Parked got
out for about 10 min.  Came back and wouldn't start.  Had
another driver help me jump it. It wouldn't start with
repeated attempts over about 10 min.

As I was on hold waiting for a tow truck I tried to start it
one more time and it started right up.  It never got hot and
ran fine all the way home.  But again when I got home I
turned it off and immediately tried to start it again and
again it wouldn't start. Any ideas about what the problem
might be?

you'll have to test for spark , fuel pressure when the problem occurs , did the dealer do the service work ?

Yes, the dealer performs the service work approximately 2 months ago. Thanks for the info!

I have a 1995 Toyota rav4, start when it's cold and dies after 20 mins, crank but wont start. Wait for 10 minutes and it will start again. Any suggestions.
