My 2006 dodge 3500 won't accelerate over 65 mph

I was driving my truck
And all of a sudden it wouldn't go faster then 65 what could cause that

if its a 3500 its more than likely a diesel,and when the turbo goes half the power goes too.....was it noisy or just louder ?

It is still running fine just won't go over 65 and not check engine light on and no codes I changed the fuel filter also and still nothing
