Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I tried to get the value and list my truck by you folks, and
you didn't actually have the right options for my truck, and
offered me like $2300 for a $12,000.00 dollar truck.mine is
a diesel, so, how do we fix that ?

Sell if yourself. These places that offer you cash are going to give you wholesale at best. No company can make a profit by paying full retail.
