Your lower end bearings are worn causing a bigger gap between the bearing and the crankshaft, thus causing play and a knock. Oil pressure increases with rpm, spins faster pushing more oil to fill the void at the time.

If you do not know anything on this, it is a technical job requiring special tools, and a knowledge of rebuilding an engine. The crankshaft is inside the engine which drives the pistons in each cylinder. If you want to try putting in a high volume oil pump, you may get a few more miles out of it. Best to have someone who knows motors to listen to it to advise you on what to do. I can't hear the engine from here.

Oil pressure switch. You can get one for less than 40. Easy to put right in front of motor. REALLY easy to see if you have cold air intake.
