99 dodge ram 3500 24V Cummins: A/C is fully charged but not blowing cold air. Condenser is fairly new maybe 2 -3 yrs old. I'm guessing the compressor??? Idk. Any suggestions?

It could be your compressor or you have a leak somewhere in your A/C system.

Did you fill the system. Just a FYI there will be two pressure switches on your a/c circuit. The low for a loss of refigerant and a high for excess pressure. Both conditions would damage the compressor so the ecm only lets it run if both switches are satisfied. If the refrigerant pressure is two high the compressor will not engage or if it's close to the trip point the compressor will pressure up quickley and trip out on high pressure, refrigerant must be removed. Or the switch(s) could be damaged or the compressor?? Try starting the truck and checking to see if the a/c clutch is engaging. If you have the recharge kit hook the gauge back up and check the pressure. Check the switches.
