2000 chevy blazer transmission is going out. better to fix or sale?

The only thing that needs to be fixed is the transmission and the Timing chain/belt is loose and everything else has be fixed...still sell? If I do how much should I ask for, it has excellent interior,...everything is new, brakes, spent 3000 a couple years back...
