2000 blazer no fuel gauge 4x4 and blower motor

I've been working on this 2000 Chevy blazer with a climate
control panel and can't seem to find the issue on why the
blower motor is not working I can give the blower motor
itself a ground and then it will run on high speed of checked
all the fuses replace the inside panel and the module the
car also gets stuck in 4 wheel drive until u pull the fuse and
the gas gauge stoped working as well

    My Blazer won't crank. I have replace the ignition module, I replaced the fuel pump assembly. Sounds like its out of gas but its not. I'm at my witz in with this one.
