2000 4.3 vortec bazer changed plugs wires cap roter spider runs rough if i pull plug wire it runs better

Plug wires not correct? Confirm both engine side and rotor side. 2 don't sound right.

Did you pull the distributor? Sometimes it can be put in 180 degrees out or backward. Make sure it is correct. Sounds like a wiring mix up somewhere. follow the diagram to the plugs themselves to make sure. Could always be a bad wire or bad cap on the distributor. It is electrical in nature for sure.
