I replaced the ABS speed sensor in my 2005 dodge ram 2500 and the speedometer isn't still working and the ABS and brake light is still on

Your (wheel speed) ABS sensor/s and the Transmission speed sensor/s are 2 separate systems.

There are probable 4 wheel speed sensors. If you replaced one at random you probably did not fix the ABS issue. Try reading the ABS trouble codes.
