Could be the fuel pump or filter needs to be changed, Did you check the pressure?

Yes .i changed fuel filter. been to car part store and they dont have fuelpressure set that will fit my fittings. All theres is for gas engines

You may need to order one on line. by what you are saying you have spark and the truck does start with starting fluid, so I'm leaning to not enough fuel pressure. That will need to be your starting point.

It either has to be leaking air somewhere or the check valve is bad letting the fuel pressure bleed off which causes issues when re-starting. Could also be a fuel injection pump issue. Take it to a trusted diesel repair shop.
