Truck pulls on 10mph

I habe a 2006 dodge ram 1500 v6 3.7 truck pulls back
when i reach 10mph i changed my spark plugs and did a
tune up to see if it was that but it still pulls back

Clean your throttle body, check the throttle body for any vacuum leaks, check the throttle body sensor and camshaft sensor as well. Add injector cleaner to the tank and add it for at least the next 6 to 10 tanks of gas..
