Need steps on installing new motor
mounts,already removed old ones

You already have the old ones out, just install the new ones. I don't get what the problem is.

U have to press this kind of motor mount together to put on

Yes you will need a press. It took quite a bit of work. I trimmed the rubber mount and ground on the edge of the mount. But I may not have needed to do so. I found that the only way to get it in was to press the center section hard, i thought I was just gonna tear the center out of the insert but then it just slide in and seems to be good.
