Coolant is leaking at start, specialy when it is below freezing, when the engine starts to heat up it stop leaking, cooling is normal heater core is ok. Is that a case of bad gasket. Please help.

It could be a lot of things, whatever is causing the leak is small enough that when things expand it seals. If you can't visually see any coolant residue to help trace down where its coming from I'd suggest getting it pressure tested to confirm where the leak is coming from before you change anything
