Probably low on freon. Have an ac tech check freon level.

My A/C clutch will engauge when low, but will not engauge when full. what could be the problem?

it is probably a relay of some sort that controls that a/c compressor, Charles. probably depends on where your switches are on your temp control facing. Sorry cannot be of much help, I know little about Dodge
