I second that. Even when it sits oil will seep through the valve guide seals in to the combustion chamber, blue/white smoke being oil..black unburnt fuel, just to elaborate a little on Tom's answer

68,000 and smoke already...consider a complete re-build of the block, and perhaps a bit more gentle on the accelerator!!!!!!!!!! wait until the engine warms up before beating it...
