05 dodge ram 1500 cruise and horn not working?

The light wont even come on for cruise control. The horn isn't working either, but it still honks when I lock the truck. Fuse maybe, any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem with an 01 1500 Dodge.

It is the sliding contact under the steering wheel im sure that the horn works when you conakt the horn direkt to the Battery What happens when you lock the door with the remote, do you hear the horn? Sorry for my bad english im from germany
