My truck won't move first thing in morning or if it sits for awhile I read it could be two filters in the pan

If you have debris in the Trans filters - the Trans is trash anyway. It sounds like the Transmission needs refreshing. The internal seals get old and hard and the fluid bypasses them instead of engaging the various clutches and servos. Talk to a Transmission shop about a re-seal - it's much cheaper than an overhaul. You could try a can of conditioner but it's only a short-term fix and when it quits after that - it's done.
