how do i fix my heat trouble

i have replaced the heater core the thermostat the radiator some times the heat blews so
hot u can not run it on high and other time it barely gets warm enough to keep the
windshield clear

Check the blend door. Its right by the heater core and blower motor. If a wire or something else got in the way of the door to keep it from closing or opening all the way. Or the blend door motor can be weak/broken.
