Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Dodge Ram 2003, 150K miles.  Check Engine light and code PO305.  Two sets
of wires, plugs, Dist and Rotors.  Last set of wires was not put in wire holders mounted on
block.  Compression checked and within ranges in all clylindars.  Just changed the
injectors and got the same darn code again.......Any ideas????

I forgot, the Oxygen sensors were also changed, about 18 months to 2 years ago......

When injectors were changed, they were tested, and #5 was dead. All the rest were within specs......but 11 years old, so changed. What about the coil paks? Could a defective coil pak kill the injector and now be causing the code? If so, should all these be changed....or just the defective?
