I don't think you will ever find that answer, I seen one on ebay for $17.00...http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/151789760234?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82

I understand but that is just information that you will not be able to find, maybe you will get lucky someone on this site with the same car will take theirs out and measure it for you...I don't think that will happen...

If you heat up end of dipstick and heat up with tig torch and add a drop of mild steel filler rod , smooth up and buff it will enter the block channel easier. Having the small ball on end guides it in place instead of the design that dodge used. In 1999 they figured it out and the dipsticks on the 5 9l diesel engines had the correct end. Good luck. It worked for me.
