Truck is not shifting

ok my truck was parked most of the summer, and I just got it
running again and was gonna take it for a spin, and I tried to
shift it out of park and couldnt shift it at all.

Check for blown fuses, brake light switch function, the shift lock solenoid is not releasing. If you can’t find the problem check the owners manual for a manual override so you can shift it into gear and get it to a shop. Note: manual override resets after every use, so once you put it into park the override will have to be used again.
