Won’t Start Has Power Good Battery no gauge reading

My truck wont start, I got my battery checked and it’s
in good condition. The thing is I keep blowing fuses,
this is the third time I’ve replaced the fuses. My fuel
pump doesn’t read after changing them again and
has a full tank of gas. I do have 2 15inch subs that I
did think were the reason but they have been off and I
also changed the fuel pump before I changed the
fuses the first time so the pump is good.
