Why does truck run very rough on 1st start up and after warming up then run fine?

1st start in morning truck runs very rough. Can't drive until it warms up at least for 10
minutes. If you press accelarator valve tap and truck shutters. Then all of a sudden it
starts to purr and then runs great the rest of the day. ????? Just had complete tune up.

Same issue on mine. If I pump the accelerator pedal it will hold rpms.
