I had the leak detection pump and purge valve replaced in an effort to solve a check engine light problem keeping me from passing inspection. That didn't work. What's next?

You must have a emissions slow leak. That can be difficult to track down. The dealer for sure does some sort of smoke leak test to find them. I know it sucks.

Thank you! I now know that there are some other possible causes. I was afraid I was going to have to have the fuel tank replaced. I am taking it in to a mechanic tomorrow and I will be able to talk about possibilities more intelligently.
