Battery wont hold charge has brand new alternator, brand new battery, and brand ECM

If you're sure the alternator and battery are good, then you have an excessive parasitic current draw. Check all your light bulbs first, especially the brake lights. The brake switch for the brake lights tends to get outta line and the brake lights stay on.
