No for from distributor cap to spark plugs

Asked by Davids Aug 14, 2019 at 11:22 AM about the 2001 Dodge RAM 1500 ST Quad Cab RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok working on a 2001 dodge 1500 5.9 truck just
died stopped running replaced fuel pump, replaced
could pack, replaced distributor getting fire from
coil pack to distributor but not from distributor to
spark plugs put it on a code scanner No Codes....
went threw wires fuses did just about everything
but light it on fire any suggestions?????

Changed and replaced the pick up and distributor just cant seem to get fire to plugs

does it have a cam and crank sensor If so one of them sends a signal to the ECM that controls the firing of the plugs just not sure of witch one does

It has a crank sensor the only thing I have not changed.. Will that cause no spark to the plugs??

changed crank sensor.... still no fire from distributor to spark plugs WTF the coil has spark what am I doing wrong anybody...……….
