Oil leaking and squealing from front pulley

My dodge ram 2001 is shooting oil all
over from the fan pulley, I think. Is it
easy to change

I think you need a new front seal. You will have to remove the harmonic balancer but as repairs go this one is not too bad.

Nothing is "easy" on these things- I don't even like putting gas in the tank- where are those gas station attendants, anyway- oh, I guess they will come back when "America is great again"
