Can a line on the hydraulic clutch be fixed with jb weld if it has a whole in it

I had a guy put a new clutch kit and pre filled slave cylinder on my dodge truck
but when I got home I didn’t have any pedal at all it went to the floor he also
left off the white round piece and black rubber piece in the picture I also
believe he might of put it to close to the exhaust and it might of put a whole in
it you can see air in the resivor what should I do

I doubt JB weld will work.

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 4.7 Sport. I recently put in a new/used motor because my old one had a bad crankshaft. So after getting new motor in I started the truck and it ran great. I only ran it for about 5 seconds because I noticed I had a broken transmission line. I went back the next day and fixed the line. I went to start the truck back up and nothing happened. No click no nothing, everything lights up on dash. My engine light comes on and blinks about tens times than stays steady. My gear selections are all lit up.
